Refund policy

If we sent the wrong order or item(s), or you received any broken items. Please submit a support ticket and attach some clear photos of the items that could present a quality issue and email service@qukertech.com, we will offer you a full/partial refund or exchange service.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING? WHERE SHOULD I SEND RETURN ITEMS?
If the return issue is confirmed to be our responsibility (such as wrong items delivered or damaged goods), we will arrange a refund or replacement for you directly. You do not need to send back the faulty or incorrectly shipped items, so no return shipping fees will be incurred.
Our return and refund policy lasts for 30 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, please read carefully about our Return and Refund Policy before making an order.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
Please note that the following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy, and we are not liable for these issues:
